not yet but I've been dying to try. Both your sauces look drool-worthy. I am certain we can't get those Japanese white sweet potatoes here, but the regular orange patate dolce yes. This weekend however, I only have planned to rest, make orecchiette with the last rapini of the season, some homeade granola (that tahini recipe going around), and Giulia Scarpaleggia's risotto class on Sunday. Gnocchi another time. What are you up to from Marcella's cookbook this weekend?

Will try this one. I haven’t made gnocchi for ages. We’ve had two Italians stay with us. The first taught me how to make normal potato gnocchi and the other girl showed me how to make a pumpkin gnocchi, which is a completely different technic. I took a video of both so that I can rewatch!
