Ooh spotted some okra in there! Mum loved raw baby okra, sliced really thin and dipped in a simple chilli belacan. Bet your bumbu would be perfect for that 😋

This sounds so delicious I want to try it immediately, I'll buy some more okra at the market on Saturday morning. I'll post a Note about it with inspiration credit to you Leana. Is your first name Leana or N? I have a terrible feeling I am calling you by your family name. I am working on getting some more posts out today. Thank you for your very kind comment yesterday. I shall use it as a Note if you don't mind to promote my series if that is ok with you. I am not getting much traction here, so I need to add some marketing skills to my pack.

Oh I hope you enjoy it with the okra, but do get very young tender ones - not always easy to find unfortunately 🙄. As you know, the skin on older ones can quite fibrous.

Please go ahead and repost my comment if you want - I meant every word 😊. And Leana's fine but really no need to credit me haha - it was just a random suggestion and inspired by your own post. Ever since you shared your bumbu recipe, we've been thinking of all kinds of things we'd like to try it with!

Thank you Leana, I’m sincerely grateful for your support and encouragement. It has been inspiring for me too finding new ways to use this Bumbu. I would have published much sooner if I’d not thought of so many new recipes. .Thank you Leana.
