As a Clinical Naturopath and Nutritionist and cooking teacher, I develop recipes that celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. My cooking classes are a natural extension of my passion for teaching how truly diverse and delightful a healthy diet can be.
